TMZ photo DUI
Straight from TMZ.com:
Former VH1 reality star Megan Hauserman was arrested for DUI yesterday — after cops pulled her over around 3:15 AM in Miami Beach.
Hauserman — whose dating show “Megan Wants a Millionaire” was canceled after one of the contestants, Ryan Jenkins, allegedly killed his wife and then himself — was busted as she made her way to a strip club where she is currently employed.
Law enforcement tells TMZ cops observed Hauserman in a black 2008 BMW, weaving between lanes. She then accelerated to 75MPH (in a 55MPH zone) so cops pulled her over.
Cops say she had bloodshot, watery eyes, a strong odor of alcohol, and slurred speech. She told cops she had been “filming a TV show and was tired.” She blew a .102 on her Breathalyzer test and was taken into custody.
Hauserman was released early this morning — after nearly 24 hours behind bars.

A Tennessee family adopted a 7-year-old child from Russia and decided to send the child back to the orphanage where he came from because he had “psychological problems.” What’s worse is that the adoptive mother literally shipped him back by buying him a one way ticket, putting him on the plane by himself and attaching a note on him with an explanation of why she no longer wanted him! CRAZY! According to the boy’s adoptive grandmother, Nancy Hansen, “He drew a picture of our house burning down, and he’ll tell anybody that he’s going to burn our house down with us in it…it got to be where you feared for your safety. It was terrible.”
In my personal opinion, people like this should have never been given the child to begin with! If they are not responsible enough to prepare themselves for an adoption of a child from another country, to include understanding the environment from which he came from, then they are not fit to raise him! He’s a 7-year-old boy who has been living in an orphanage with very little understanding of family, little understanding of the English language and has been shipped of to a country completely foreign to him! Of course he’s going to need some psychological support but a committed adoptive family would’ve been prepared for such things in advance! This family has only added to this boy’s emotional stress by being irresponsible and inconsiderate and it just irritates me!
Due to this incident, Russia is considering cutting off all foreign adoptions! Terrible news considering there are some loving homes out there with caring people praying that they can someday adopt a child! This family ruined things for future adoptive parents and the children who sadly are sitting in an orphanage in Russia wishing they had a family to love them!

Veteran reality TV producer is a suspect in the death of his wife in Cancun.
Bruce Beresford-Redman, who has worked as a producer and co-executive producer on Survivor and an executive producer of The Contender, and co-created MTV’s Pimp My Ride, is being investigated by Mexican authorities over the death of his wife, Monica Beresford-Redman, whose birthday is today.
She “was found Thursday morning after having been reported missing Monday” and “was staying at the Hotel Moon Palace with her husband and two children,” according to msnbc.com wire reports, which say “he has been detained as a suspect.” Prosecutor Francisco Alor told the newspaper Reforma, “The husband seems to be responsible.”
Bruce Beresford-Redman told CBS News this morning, “I’m very hopeful someone will find my wife very soon. She still hasn’t been located and we’re looking.”

American Idol is heating up as the competition gets tougher each week! My personal favorites are Crystal Bowersox and Siobhan Magnus. They both have their own sense of style and really connect with the audience on every performance! I have to say that I was incredibly surprised to see “Big Mike” in the bottom three last night beside Aaron Kelly and Andrew Garcia! At this point in the competition and based on performances alone, I definitely would’ve chose Aaron Kelly, Andrew Garcia and Katie Stevens. Tim Urban could have been a bottom three candidate too but there are so many teens and tweens voting for his big smile and Zac Efron hair that he’ll stay in the competition a little longer! Luckily, the judges used their only “save” of the season to keep Michael Lynche in the competition, so two contestants will have to be eliminated next week!
The performances were pretty hot last night too! I didn’t realize that not all of the performances were live on the show but apparently Rihanna pre-tapped hers hours earlier. She sang her new single “Rock Star” clad in a black vinyl skintight suit with flamethrowers on stage and thick milky f
og. She rocked it and finished up the performance strapped to a Flying V Guitar! Jason Derulo’s performance got the audience pumped up with his smooth dance moves reminiscent of Michael Jackson and his R&B sound. No one was more excited than Judge Kara who is responsible for Derulo’s success after signing him! Then came former American Idol Contestant David Archuleta who performed “Imagine” just as he had when he was on the show before! He did a great job but you could see his nervous fingers shaking as he played the piano…who could blame him there’s only millions watching!
All in all it was a good show! Looking forward to next week!
